NTZ Radial Micro Filter Element
The NTZ element, found in every product in the range, is really where the ‘magic’ happens. Its unique design, coupled with an incredibly effective filter media, means that every inch of the element is playing its part in the removal of contamination.
Based on the radial filtration principle, the element is made up of hundreds of layers of media, though with every drop of oil MUST pass to exit the housing. The radial flow through the element offers a larger filtration surface area that prevents the channelling effect of filter elements designed in a “honeycomb” style. This larger surface area holds more dirt and provides a much more efficient filtering process.

OLFS Series
The OLFS (Off Line Filter System) Series is designed for permanent installation on the hydraulic, lubrication or transmision system of a static piece of equipment. Coming with either a 29cm or 58cm housing and element, and equipped with its own motor-pump combination, the OLFS Series ensures that the system pressures and specifications remain in conformance with the values specified by the manufacturer. The motor-pump combination takes the oil from the reservoir (or engine sump), passes it through the filter media at low pressure, before returning the clean oil to back to the tank. It is specifically designed to do this 24/7, ensuring the very best protection against contamination, even when the machines is switched off.
The NTZ OLFS Series is based on a modular and specially designed manifold that integrates all of the oil channels. This makes leakages from vibrations or poorly connected pipes are a thing of the past. Because the whole system is mounted on a base plate, it can be quickly and easily installed in your system with the minimum of intrusion.
When it's time to replace the element, the whole process if very simple and there's no need to switch off your main machine. Simply shutdown the NTZ unit, undo four bolts at the top of the housing, remove the lid and the old element and put the new one in. Replace the lid, tighten the bolts, switch the unit on again and you're off! The whole process take less than three minutes and your equipment never has to stop.

AL Series (Engines / Transmissions)
The NTZ AL Series Bypass Filter System is specifically designed for use in low-pressure applications, such as engines and transmissions up to 7 bar max.
Particularly in the heavy-duty engine area, vehicle and fleet owners have a significant interest in reducing maintenance costs. An example of this is the use of the AL-29 unit for protecting the power-shifts of tractors; a popular application for the product. Other applications include heavy-duty trucks, buses, fork-lift trucks, construction and off-road vehicles, marine systems and agricultural vehicles.

The AL Series filter systems are specifically equipped with a restriction in order to prevent the oil pressure dropping beneath the required minimum as a result of the created bypass. This ensures that the unit does not affect the operation of the equipment it is installed upon.
NTZ filters are highly efficient micro filters that are installed parallel to the original oil circuit. Engine oil, transmission oil or hydraulic oil is conducted through the filter by the system's (low) oil pressure. The NTZ system has been developed so that internal leakages and canal shaping are prevented, thereby forcing the oil through the hundreds of tightly wound layers of the filter material. Because of this unique construction, smaller contamination particles as small as 0.5 micron, which are not stopped by ordinary full flow filters, are removed from the oil.

ALH Series (Hydraulics)
The ALH-series represent our bypass hydraulic filtration line and is used in many applications, including off-road mobile equipment, heavy-duty vehicles, stationary cranes, stationary hydraulic systems, fork lifts and industrial equipment. It is also used in sophisticated flight simulators, as well as in test rigs where cleanliness is crucial.
These systems are based on the AL-series and are equipped with an integrated manifold. The manifold has a pressure compensated flow control valve, which guarantees a constant flow and pressure in the filter system, independent of the external pressure and flow. An integrated safety valve protects the filter element against pressure spikes, which are fatal to filters.
